Key Responsibility:The FP&A Consultant partners with clients to define and understand their business requirements, ensuring that the solutions provided align with their objectives and deliver effective planning models based on agreed proposals.Key responsibilities include: Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional designs. Defining and coordinating integration processes to align with the client's needs. Implementing and testing planning and reporting solutions based on the agreed design. Preparing comprehensive business documentation, including functional specifications, testing protocols, and training materials for the implemented solution. Maintaining clear communication with service managers and stakeholders, addressing key client concerns and identifying potential challenges early on. Collaborating with project management to develop project plans, track progress, and report on status, risks, and benefits. Supporting the creation of insightful business reports and visual presentations of key performance indicators (KPIs). Performing required setup and configuration to ensure the solution meets the clients expectations. What Will You Do? Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting, Informatics, or a related technology field Keen interest in technology and the desire to pursue a career in technology consulting 1-year EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) related work experience beneficial Any experience in SAP BPC or SAP BW beneficial Strong Excel skills, and VBA experience beneficial Experience in SQL also beneficial Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the emphasis on relationship building A desire to learn coupled with the ability to grasp new concepts and apply them quickly Ability to work under pressure and be deadline driven Sound judgment, logical thinking, and strong analytical skills Ability to communicate with financial professionals and understanding the budgeting and forecasting business process Relevant experience in similar corporate performance management applications such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC or Vena Cloud planning would be beneficial
