A new position of Dental Receptionist and Compliance Manager CQC at an outstanding private dental practice in London N6 has become available.The role is to start as soon as possible working 3-4 days per week. Hours are 9am-5:30pm plus overtime. Overtime usually 2 hours per week from 5:30pm-7:30pm and Saturdays. Overtime paid at £25/hr after taxThe role would also suit a qualified dental nurse as some nursing will be requires so candidate must have nursing qualification and be able to nurse. Experience of Ortho nursing would be advantageous. Experience with Exact is essential.Salary of £33,000 - £35,000+ PRO RATA dependant on experience - this will be discussed further at interview stage.Candidates must be well presented, have excellent communication skills and be hard working.Overall role•To deliver the kind of welcome our patients and team expect, in line with practice standards and legal requirements•To ensure the reception operation runs smoothly and efficiently in line with the business vision and overall strategyEssential skills and experience•A caring and sympathetic nature•Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, phone – the ability to liaise between patients and other dental care professionals•Experience as a Dental receptionist• Dental Nurse experience and qualification• Experience of Exact•A smart appearance and professional attitude•A good work ethic and high standards•An ability to work under pressure•Possesses initiative and a willingness to take responsibility•A positive, team player
