For employees, it provides a dynamic, multicultural environment with opportunities for growth, creativity, and innovation in the culinary world.The RoleThe restaurant group is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budget management, and strategic planning to support the company’s growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the integrity of the general ledger and perform monthly reconciliationsManage financial transactions across all entities, ensuring accurate recording and reportingPrepare monthly management accounts and report performance against budget to key stakeholdersAssist in the preparation of statutory accounts, audit files, and audit processes in consultation with external auditorsWork with the Group Financial Controller to enhance internal controls and implement finance policies and proceduresWhat they are looking for:Relevant accounting qualification with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, including team managementProficient in Excel, Office 365, and QuickBooks with strong analytical and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail, with the ability to take initiative and resolve issues independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships across the businessWhat they’re offering:Remote work – Must be based in LA as will move to Hybrid and be able to visit restaurantsA dynamic and supportive work environmentOpportunities for professional development and being part of a renowned restaurant groupIf you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to Nastasija at COREcruitment dot com
