You will manage all aspects of lettings, including property valuations and securing new instructions. This role involves working across multiple locations. You will be responsible for: Managing viewings and finalising offers / tenants. Engaging with landlords to retain business and negotiate fees. Handling administrative tasks including referencing and AML checks. Overseeing property management activities. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role. Strong background in lettings. ARLA registered. Local knowledge of the area and its amenities. Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
