We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.In this role, you will focus on new business development, including client win-backs, cross-selling, and networking. Your primary goal will be to identify and engage with businesses, especially VC-backed companies or those that have recently received investment, negotiate terms, and bring new vacancies on board within the Accountancy & Finance sector. What You’ll Do Proactively hunt for new business, targeting key accounts, including companies in the VC-backed or recently funded space.Negotiate terms, close deals, and bring new vacancies into the business.Win-back previous clients and cross-sell recruitment services to increase opportunities.Network and attend industry events to develop long-term relationships with decision-makers.
