Responsibilities You'll be managing high-level recruitment projects, building connections with top talent, and working with clients who build Americas biggest infrastructure. If you know your cranes from your concrete and can talk shop with civil engineers, our clients would like to hear from you. Source and recruit top-tier executive talent for major US construction firms (were talking big projects here). Build and maintain a powerful network of industry professionals. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments. Manage the full recruitment cycle from client brief to placement. Provide strategic advice and market insights to clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and US construction developments. Qualifications Proven experience in executive search, ideally within construction or engineering. A strong understanding of the US construction market. Excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently you can juggle projects and deadlines. Proficiency in recruitment tools and LinkedIn Clear path to progression, you could be managing the full US Civil Construction market, whilst building your own team.
