You will have the freedom to craft seasonal menus that reflect local flavours and ingredients, bringing a unique culinary experience to the table. Leading a dedicated kitchen team, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from food preparation to inventory management. Working Hours Full-time position5 days a week with weekend availabilityPotential of 4-day working week Key Duties Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver outstanding culinary creationsDevelop and implement seasonal menus using locally sourced ingredientsEnsure consistent food quality, portion control, and presentationManage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost controlMaintain high standards of cleanliness and food safetyCollaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience Key Requirements Proven experience in the hospitality industry. Ideally around a minimum of 3 years experience. Confidence in leading the kitchen team.
