Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional care in a warm and supportive environment, under the experienced leadership of Manager Joanne. We are looking for compassionate and skilled individuals to join our night team and help us continue to deliver the highest standard of care. As a Senior Care Practitioner at our home, your role may involve: Completing necessary training to stay updated on best practices Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities Administering medication in accordance with care plans and ensuring accurate documentation Offering emotional support and companionship Helping residents lead fulfilling lives, respecting their hobbies, preferences, and abilities Upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety within the care home Taking on senior responsibilities, including staff supervision, appraisals, record-keeping, coordinating with external professionals, and conducting interviews Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits: Free uniform. What are we looking for?
