They will lead the manufacturing team to achieve the company goals by implementing continuous improvement tools and driving changeBenefits for the Head of Operations: Free on-site parkingSalary Exchange Pension SchemeDeath in Service25 Days Holiday + Bank holidays, and more Roles & Responsibilities of Head of Operations: The ability to demonstrate managerial experience within a complex manufacturing environment, working closely with the rest the Senior leaders from other departments such as Supply Chain, Quality, Health and Safety and other Senior Leadership Team members.Showcase organisational skills including efficient planning and implementation of systems and procedures, including lean / continuous improvement activities, health and safety, and quality systems.Ensure the compliance with specifications, deadlines and budgets, achievement of project goals and compliance with safety, environmental, health and quality standards and project reporting.To plan, co-ordinate and manage the OPEX / CAPEX budget, to align with technical projects for the site.Leadership and people management skills and the ability to build, motivate, develop and improve the team culture.The ability to implement structured problem-solving techniques, provide solutions and delegate responsibility.
