You will play a key role in ensuring the voice of the child is always heard and that the best outcomes are achieved for every young person in our care.Responsibilities:As a Children in Care Social Worker, your responsibilities will include: Case Management: Managing a caseload of children and young people in care, ensuring their safety, well-being, and stability.Support & Advocacy: Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers to advocate for their needs and ensure their voices are heard in all decision-making processes.Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Working alongside colleagues from various professions, including health and education, to deliver tailored care plans.Safeguarding: Ensuring that all statutory responsibilities are met, with a focus on child protection and improving the quality of life for children in care.Professional Development: Engaging in training and development opportunities to continuously improve your practice and support your career growth.
