We attract and retain top talent, constantly nurturing the best legal minds and future leaders.Our Personal Injury department is highly regarded across Northern England, with our solicitors recognised as leaders in Serious Injury and Catastrophic Injury litigation.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor with 3+ years PQE who is looking to further develop their career, particularly within Serious and Catastrophic Injury cases.This role involves managing a mixed caseload of multi-track RTA, EL, and PL files, as well as working collaboratively with our expert team on Serious Injury and Catastrophic Injury cases.You will have experience handling fast-track and multi-track cases and be confident in managing litigated matters. This role offers the opportunity to train and specialise in more complex, high-value cases, providing an exciting next step in your career.Key Responsibilities:Managing Multi-Track cases at various stagesHandling litigated matters and working on Serious Injury and Catastrophic Injury cases as part of a teamManaging new enquiries, investigating claims, assessing liability, and providing appropriate legal adviceLiaising with courts, insurance companies, and third-party representativesDrafting legal documents, preparing statements, and corresponding with clients and expertsAnalysing medical reports and obtaining expert opinionsNegotiating settlements using JC guidelines and relevant precedentsPreparing and arranging Counsel representation when necessary What You’ll Bring:A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Personal Injury law within a reputable firmExperience handling both RTA and EL/PL Fast Track casesExperience dealing with litigated matters under supervisionStrong customer care skills and the ability to maintain excellent client relationshipsA proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding resultsOther Job Details:Location: Trafford House, M32 0RS; Remote or Hybrid options availableContract Type: Full-time, Permanent 4 days per weekFlexible Hours: Core hours 10:00 - 16:00Salary: Competitive, DOE + Quarterly Bonuses Interested in joining UsIf you're ready for a flexible, rewarding role at a firm that truly cares about its team and clients, we’d love to hear from you.
