Responsibilities: Drive sales growth by creatively promoting packages tailored to customers' needs and their full product range. Proactively understand and address customer needs, even those they may not initially recognize. Provide expert advice on their products to ensure customers make informed purchasing decisions. Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring it is inviting and well-organized at all times. Qualifications : Excellent communication and active listening skills. Empathy to understand and respond to customer needs effectively. Strong product knowledge (can be learned on the job). Hardworking with a strong motivation for success.
