Position Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Manager to join their team. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading client engagements, managing project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and deep expertise in the life sciences industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, and develop tailored consulting solutions to meet their needs. Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to consultants and analysts. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations and deliverables. Present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity, relevance, and actionable insights. Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the value we provide to our clients. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MD) preferred. 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on life sciences or healthcare. Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and managing project teams. Deep understanding of the life sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and actionable insights. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels of an organisation. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving impact and delivering value to clients.
