This role requires SaaS sales expertise, market penetration skills, and the ability to consistently exceed targets.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with business goals.Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.Explore new market opportunities and expand the customer base.Build and nurture relationships with key clients and prospects.Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to drive growth.Utilise data-driven insights to improve sales performance.Manage CRM data integrity and sales forecasts.Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.10+ years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in senior SaaS sales roles.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments.Strong understanding of SaaS models, sales cycles, and industry trends.Excellent negotiation, communication, and CRM management skills.Maritime or Shipping industry knowledge is highly desirable.Passionate, adaptable, and results-driven.
