PROJECT DESCRIPTION At Opinov8 Digital and Engineering Solutions, we help clients leverage technology to drive business transformation. We’re expanding our outbound strategy and are looking for a driven SDR Lead to build and lead a new team of Sales Development Representatives. If you’re passionate about sales, technology, and leading high-performing teams, this role could be your perfect next step. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL The SDR Lead will play a pivotal role in building Opinov8’s outbound sales development function. You will manage a small team of SDRs, set outbound sales strategies, and be hands-on in prospecting, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities. This role is ideal for someone currently excelling in SDR or BDR functions within the technology or technology services space and looking to take the next step into leadership. Develop and implement Opinov8’s outbound sales strategy, focusing initially on the UK market and later expanding into the USA and UAE; Lead, coach, and manage a team of 2 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate high-quality leads; Be hands-on in outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to identify potential opportunities; Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between outbound efforts and marketing campaigns; Create and optimize messaging, scripts, and outreach cadences; Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track, measure, and report on outbound performance; Mentor and develop the SDR team, creating a high-energy, high-performance culture; Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive effective sales strategies. IF YOU ARE 2+ years of experience as an SDR or similar role in the technology or technology services space; Experience with outbound lead generation in B2B environments; Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience, even in a non-formal setting; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong analytical skills to measure and report on team performance; Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent); Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams; Experience in or willingness to expand efforts into international markets (USA/UAE).
