We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Officer to join our client’s Housing Property Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, providing high-quality information and support to both internal and external customers. Your work will help ensure that housing repairs and maintenance services run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the department.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service through telephone, face-to-face, and written communication, ensuring that all enquiries are handled professionally and promptly.Process and manage work orders and job tickets from receipt through to job closure and invoicing.Provide administrative and technical support to the surveying team, including minute-taking and maintaining accurate records.Liaise with contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure that housing repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.Create and maintain written documents, letters, and technical reports as required.Support in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for performance monitoring and reporting.Assist in the training of new staff and provide guidance to other team members.Manage database records and ensure data integrity, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
