CAD Designer Blackburn Monday – Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, Friday: 7:30 am – 12:30 pm Temp – Perm £25 000– £30 000 depending on experience We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our dynamic engineering team in Blackburn. This full-time role offers the chance to work on exciting projects within a fast-paced and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for engineering projects.Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop design concepts and solutions.Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and client specifications.Revise and update existing drawings based on feedback or design changes.Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and effective.Provide technical support and assist in the planning of projects. Requirements: Proficiency in CAD software e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.Previous experience working as a CAD designer in an engineering or manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of engineering principles and design processes.Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate designs.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and colleagues.
