As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that project deadlines are met. You will work closely with the project management team to develop production schedules, manage resources, and maintain quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and make a significant impact in the construction industry.Responsibilities Oversee the entire production process, ensuring the timely completion of projectsDevelop and implement production schedules, taking into account available resources and project requirementsMonitor the progress of projects, making adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are metCoordinate with the project management team to develop and maintain quality control standardsManage the allocation of resources, including equipment, materials, and personnelEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the production processCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldProven experience as a Production Manager in the construction industryIn-depth knowledge of construction processes and proceduresExperience in managing a large teamExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficient in project management software and other relevant tools
