Your role is pivotal in managing referrals for the CXK programme plus more, ensuring each client receives tailored support to reach their career and educational aspirations. You can offer:- Proven experience in delivering IAG to the unemployed.- A track record of meeting targets and KPIs.- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by long-term unemployed individuals. - A Level 3+ IAG Qualification (Level 4+ desirable).
