Regional Trainer - South England

Description:
As a key member of our regional training team, you will be delivering both face to face and online training to our customers. Supporting our customers with their digital transformation, you will on-board and train our customers on our different products to ensure that they can get the best from our systems. You will have responsibility for our customers based across the South of England and will be required to travel to deliver onsite training throughout this region as and when required. This role is for a fixed term period of 12 months. What you'll do: Deliver onsite training to our customers, mostly in their care homes Deliver online training remotely to small groups Train home managers and carers with varying technical abilities Work on ad hoc projects as and when required What you'll bring: Experience of delivering both face to face and remote product training A full UK driving licence and own transport is essential for this role Great communication skills Experience of adapting training to meet users’ needs and technical abilities Quick thinking, great problem-solving skills and a calm demeanour Experience or an understanding the care sector would be great, but not essential What we offer: We are an official great place to work!
