Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and improving fleet operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective performance.Managing and motivating a strong team of maritime professionals.Developing and implementing strategic maintenance plans.Ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the fleet.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve fleet performance.Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards.Coordinating with external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies. Are you the ideal candidateThe ideal candidate for this role is a brave and assured professional with a strong background in the maritime industry. You should possess: Proven experience in fleet management within the shipping industry.Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in maritime software and fleet management systems.A degree in maritime studies, engineering, or a related field.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.A determined and motivated attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
