General ManagerLocation: Hanover, MA Salary: 75,000 to 85,000My client is a well-established restaurant group with locations across the East Coast They are on the lookout for a seasoned General Manager to lead their prosperous and dynamic teamResponsibilities of the General Manager: Manage the restaurant’s daily operationsEnsure each service is carried out successfully and guest satisfaction is prioritised throughoutSupport the recruitment, training and development processEnsure all guest queries and issues are addressed and rectified in a prompt, efficient manorWork closely with the kitchen operations to ensure a smooth service for guestsBe financially astute, manage inventory levels and order supplies as required adhering to budgetsThe Ideal Candidate:At least three years of experience in a similar roleDriven by creating excellent guest experiences and driving sales through repeat businessStrong financial acumen, able to read and evaluate P&L statements, COGS, provide accurate forecasting etc.Passionate about food and customer serviceExcellent communication, organisational and time-management skillsIf you believe you have what it takes, please send your resume to Ashley Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted, and you must already have the right to work in the USA.
