This role is full-time, and permanent, and they offer an extensive list of benefits, along with their competitive package of up to £65,000. This role is a Hybrid position, so you are able to be based anywhere in the UK, but would be required to attend regular meetings and strategy discussions in their offices in South East London. The role involves leading the process for submitting Ofsted applications, ensuring that all necessary standards and requirements are met for approval plus the Operational requirements involved in a Registered Manager position, including carer growth, social work team growth and oversight. The Registered Manager will be responsible for safeguarding, quality assurance, and leading a team dedicated to the welfare of children and young people.
