ROLE: Senior Commercial LawyerLOCATION: Sheffield City Council/HybridRate: £60 - £70 an hour UmbrellaContract Length: 3 Months ongoing Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including supply agreements, service contracts, joint ventures, partnership agreements, licensing deals, and procurement contracts.Handle your own caseloads from start to completion in Commercial law.Manage and resolve commercial disputes. About you: A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Commercial Law.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong focus on commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and compliance.
