Within this Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role, your day-to-day duties may include: Answering and directing calls and providing clients with updatesApplying for OS1 and bankruptcy searchesAssisting Solicitors with to set up the file for exchangeLiaising with third partiesCarrying out all ID checksRequesting funds for completionDealing with enquiries on additional sales files You will receive a competitive salary for the area and excellent training and development opportunities.
