Our client is a reputable main contractor who specialise within the social housing refurbishment market across London and the South East. They currently require an experienced Site Manager Roofing for one of their live projects based in Flitwick. The core area this contractor specialise within is Roofing.Our client is a reputable main contractor who specialise within the social housing refurbishment market across London and the South East. They currently require an experienced Site Manager Roofing for one of their live projects based in Flitwick. The core area this contractor specialise within is Roofing. This project is the refurbishment of an existing Care Home and the scope of work will include: refurbishment of flat roofing and hard landscaping to roofs and balconies. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing up to 20 operatives at any one time. Project is due to be completed by Feb 2025. The successful Site Manager will then be moved onto the next project.
