Please note there will be some weekend shifts as part of that working week to be discussed with manager. As a Clinical Deputy Manager at Telford Hall, your role will involve: Taking the lead in ensuring that outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to resident all times Supporting the Clinical Lead Nurse and Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence Offer supervision, support and training to Nurse, Senior Carer and Care Assistant colleagues Ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors What can we offer you?
