Based in the heart of bustling Lawley, our stunning new 66-bedded Nursing home for older adults offers unrivalled modern facilities, including salon, tranquil lounge and garden rooms, cinema and tea room. Here at Telford Hall, we provide an exceptional standard of specialist nursing, palliative and dementia care to our residents, with a particular focus on nurturing each individual to achieve personal goals and to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. Through an inspiring Activities programme and strong links with the local community, we encourage our residents to forge relationships and friendships that will create a thriving home environment. Please note there will be some weekend shifts as part of that working week to be discussed with manager. As a Clinical Deputy Manager at Telford Hall, your role will involve: Taking the lead in ensuring that outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to resident all times Supporting the Clinical Lead Nurse and Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence Offer supervision, support and training to Nurse, Senior Carer and Care Assistant colleagues Ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors What can we offer you?
