Analysing the need of the Child or Family will be an essential skill in this team to prevent any risk or harm to the Child or Children. About youYou must have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in working within Children Services. Previous experience within Referral and Assessment, Child Protection and Children in Need Teams would be beneficial. You must also have a degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW.
