Your role will cover all areas of project management, from initiation to completion, including cost management, client liaison, and team leadership.Your Key Responsibilities:Lead projects from handover to final delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency throughoutManage cost-effective procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipmentMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement risk management strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleaguesTake full budgetary responsibility for projects, controlling profitability and forecastingPrepare and issue Risk Assessments/Method StatementsOversee the engineering team, managing their performance and ensuring timely project deliveryEnsure full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standardsAttend site meetings and coordinate labour requirementsProactively seek sales opportunities to drive business growthProvide quotations to clients when necessaryWhat We're Looking For:To be successful in this role, you should have:Proven industry experience in electrical engineering or project managementStrong business and commercial acumenExcellent organisational and time-management skillsA proactive, can-do attitude with great communication skillsConfidence in dealing with clients, suppliers, and team membersCompetency in IT packages and computer literacy A conscientious nature with an eye for detailA valid UK driving licenceReady to Lead the ChargeIf you're ready to take on an exciting and rewarding challenge, apply today to join a company that values your skills and supports your career development.
