Description:

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Change Consultant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team for a fixed-term contract or secondment of 12 months. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to drive significant transformation initiatives. You will bring your expertise in change management, guiding and influencing change programmes that align with the organisations strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert change management advice, working collaboratively with leadership teams to align change initiatives with programme outcomes. Manage complex conversations, engaging with stakeholders to drive people-centred, values-led change and transformation. Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies, including communications, training, and transitioning to business-as-usual (BAU). Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to manage and prioritise the change landscape, ensuring successful outcomes. Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Support the development of change capability across the organisation, mentoring leaders and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Educated to degree level or equivalent (RFQ Level 6), with a relevant qualification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci Practitioner, APMG Practitioner) or CIPD desirable. Extensive experience leading large-scale change programmes using change management frameworks such as Prosci and ADKAR. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences. Experience in managing multiple projects, developing business cases, and identifying risks with mitigation plans. Expertise in organisational development and delivering change readiness, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities. Why Join Us?
