As a fully remote company, we value flexibility, innovation, and a strong team dynamic.Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients have a seamless and exceptional experience from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, as well as coordinating and managing all aspects of their adventure experience.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and personalized responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests- Collaborate with our adventure planning team to create customized itineraries for clients, taking into account their preferences and needs- Coordinate all aspects of the client's adventure experience, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and meals- Communicate with local partners and suppliers to ensure smooth and high-quality service delivery- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documents- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively- Provide support to clients during their adventure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed- Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the client experience, and share feedback with the team- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assignedQualifications:- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role is a plus but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment- Passion for helping people craft customized itineraries. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if neededWhy Work with Us:- Fully remote and flexible work environment- Opportunities for growth and professional development- Collaborative and supportive team culture- Make a positive impact on the adventure travel industryRequirements:*Must be 18 and over*Authorized to work in the US, UK or Australia*WiFi and device requiredJoin our team and be a part of creating unforgettable experiences for our clients while promoting responsible and sustainable tourism practices.
