We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a Leasehold Support Officer , on a 4-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: £18.00 - £23.50 per Hour Responsibilities: To distribute incoming correspondence, in accordance with procedures. Respond to telephone enquiries securing the best service and outcomes for customers. To handle a range of internal and external enquiries in a polite and professional manner and referring to the appropriate officer as required. To provide support to senior staff on a planned or ad-hoc basis. To arrange service meetings, book and prepare rooms, prepare and circulate agendas and papers, provide and circulate minutes and monitor follow up actions as necessary. Requirements: Administration experience Experience of working to deadlines Experience of working in a customer-facing role Knowledge and understanding of diverse needs of residents and staff Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
