Senior Sales Executive Join a leading company in the payments and fintech sector, as we expand in South England. Represented by Reel Recruit, we are looking for a dedicated salesperson to driving growth and excelling in a competitive market. This high-intensity field sales role offers substantial rewards for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Visits: Regularly visit potential and existing mid-market clients in South England to discuss needs, present innovative payment solutions, and close sales. Lead Generation: Generate leads primarily through self-sourcing, referrals, and introducer networks. Cold Calling: Use cold calling and other proactive prospecting techniques to generate new leads and schedule appointments. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, evaluate competition, and pinpoint potential growth opportunities. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strong sales strategies tailored to regional markets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and long-term commitment. Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and overall performance. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience. On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped, based on performance. Car Allowance/Company Car: Option to choose between a car allowance or a company car to support travel needs.
