Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills can make a real impact Join a dynamic team within a well-established, supportive organisation where you'll be a key member in a high-performing finance team.In the Assistant Finance Business Partner job, you will be:Assisting in providing financial insights and support to key business unitsPreparing budgets detailed reports, forecasts, and financial models that drive strategic decision-makingPartnering with stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met, highlighting opportunities for growth and cost-saving initiativesSupporting key financial functions including treasury management, management accounting, and financial accounting, while maximising financial assetsEnsuring appropriate funds are in place and supporting the financial control of development projectsSetting up and managing financial processes and contracts, input financial data for benchmarking and ensuring accurate monthly reconciliationsTo be successful, you will need:Part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACAHigh level of financial and accounting experience Strong analytical mindset with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsAbility to prepare and present, and build relationships across finance and non-finance teamsProven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management accountsExcellent Excel skills and a knack for working with financial systemsThis is a fixed term position up to 30th September 2025, working full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday and based in offices in Abergele.
