Their Commercial Property team is highly regarded and have a lot of loyal clients that they have worked with them for many years. They are a small team but have people at both the more experienced and junior levels with paralegal support as well. Their Commercial Property team is highly regarded and have a lot of loyal clients that they have worked with them for many years. They are a small team but have people at both the more experienced and junior levels with paralegal support as well. The role The caseload will consist of broad range of commercial property matters including land acquisitions, development projects, sale and lease agreements and retail, industrial and office development.The team acts for a wide variety of clients on both a local and national scale including major industrial and residential property developers and business, agricultural clients and private property investors.They require someone who is able to supervise the more junior members of the team.This is a succession planning role so there is work to pick up and clients that can be transferred over. The candidate Due to the work on offer and the responsibilities included in the role, the firm is looking for someone who is experienced ideally with at least 6 years PQE. However this is guideline and candidates that fall outside of this bracket that possess the correct skills and knowledge are encouraged to apply.Management skills and experience as a requirement for this role, together with strong commercial property experience.
