Title: Area Sales Manager Industry: ConstructionTitle: Area Sales ManagerIndustry: Construction We are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for the sales of Lintels and associated items, covering the Cork region of Ireland.Your day to day responsibilities will include: Establish, manage and maintain relationships with current and target customers; Builders Merchants, House-Builders, Contractors, Brickwork Contractors and Specifiers;Contribute to and deliver Business Development Plans for relevant key accounts;Manage a project pipeline, ensuring schedules and quotes are created within agreed timeframes, and all opportunities are tracked and closed;Retain and improve market position via sales of Lintels and associated items;Provide comprehensive knowledge of the company, our products and our services;Update on a daily basis the company's CRM tool.
