Senior Manager, Professional Services Reporting to the EMEA Director of Professional Services, you'll have responsibility for leading and managing a PS organisation that is focused on positioning and delivering best-in-class services to all tiers of Tricentis accounts and System Integrators, ensuring they are setup for success and growth. The Sr Manager, Professional Services role is a challenging position characterised by varied responsibilities and mission critical demands. Responsibilities include: * Lead the regional Professional Services (PS) team and own the overall Professional Services business for the region (EMEA North, Middle East) * Support software revenue growth based on the PS vision and value * Proactively partner with the sales and partner organisations, including active participation in the sales cycle * Build and maintain an inclusive culture which drives belonging and collective success across this geographically dispersed team. * Oversee hiring and growth of your regional PS organization as it scales * Creating Revenue and Margin improvement initiatives, focused on Recurring Revenue improvements as well as PS process improvements * Collaborate in building Go-To-Market and customer engagement strategies to grow consulting revenue and deliver high-impact professional services work for customers * Effectively lead change as the business continues to scale and evolve Skills and Experience * 12+ years of professional experience in the technology industry, with at least 5 years as a senior software services leader * Excellent business management skills including all common metrics associated with a professional services business * Experience in dealing with SAP programmes, or with SAP partners is of benefit * Strong understanding of Digital Transformation programmes within large organisations * Experience in scaling Software Services organizations * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including in-depth experience dealing with C Suite and Executive individuals * Strong presentation skills to all levels of an organization, with the ability to present complex ideas in an engaging way * Experience in project management methodologies would be a distinct advantage * Proven ability to coach and mentor senior managers as well as the most senior consultants * Global experience across regions, time zones, and cultures Attributes: * Open to feedback; coachable * Great leadership and people skills genuine, warm, positive, engaging, connects well with people, friendly, empathic, shows tact and poise under pressure when dealing with difficult interpersonal situations, high degree of patience. * Critical thinker, generally curious—a true problem solver * Passionate about learning and improving every day, and motivated to excel * Strong team player * Self-starter with strong ownership skills, willing to go above and beyond the job description * Creative and innovative Tricentis Core Values: Knowing what we need to achieve and how to achieve it is important.
