We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Oversee employee performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans. Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters. Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and development. Manage payroll and benefits administration. Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
