Job Title: Part-Time Nanny (School Holidays Only) Location: Rochford, Essex Days/Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 8am - 4pm Children : 2 children (6 and 3 years old) Job Description: Happy Nest Nanny and Maternity Agency are seeking a professional and dedicated part-time nanny to provide quality care during school holidays. This role would suit Teaching Assistants or experienced childcare professionals looking to expand their career in childcare while earning additional income.Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, nurturing, and fun care for two children aged 6 and 3 years. Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors. Assist with meal preparation and ensure the children have nutritious snacks and lunches. Support the children's developmental needs through play, creative activities, and learning. Always ensure the childrens safety and well-being. Light housekeeping related to the children's care (e.g., tidying play areas, assisting with meal clean-up). Requirements: Previous experience working with young children, ideally as a Teaching Assistant, Nanny, or in a similar childcare role. Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work independently. Reliable, with excellent time management skills. Ability to create a structured and stimulating environment during school holidays. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one. We can help).
