Practice Manager responsibilities and skills: Delivering industry leading patient care.Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets of the practice including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, take up and treatment plansAbility to motivate, lead and engage a team.Collaborating and influencing conversations to drive forward business prioritiesProactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbersAs the CQC registered manager you will ensure the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines.Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staffConfidence in using computer software’s and communication via emails/telephone/Microsoft teamsEstablished team with Long Standing patient base.
