As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will conduct fire risk assessments at various properties in London and the Southeast, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. You will be responsible for: Prepare detailed reports promptly following assessments, maintaining high accuracy. Collaborate effectively with clients and the internal team, achieving set KPIs. What we are looking for: At least 2 years' experience of on-site fire risk assessment FRA inspections and report writing. Background with residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Familiarity with Types 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments. Level 3 Fire Risk Assessment foundation qualification. Membership with a recognised professional fire safety organisation e.g., IFE or IFSM. Understanding of the Regulatory Reform FS Order 2005 and relevant codes of practice. Knowledge of Building Regulations and associated guides. Valid UK driving licence.
