We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a Multi Skilled Tradesperson , on a 1-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £19.68 - £24.94 per Hour Responsibilities: To carry out building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements within a multitude of trade disciplines ranging from routine reactive repairs to large scale programmed refurbishment work and occupational therapy adaptations in occupied and void housing properties and other Council owned premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations. To carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works Right First Time Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
