Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Fabrication Supervisor to expand the business further.The is a position that can offer a Senior Fabrication Supervisor the opportunity to join a business within the Manufacturing industry that provides structured development and progression opportunities. The company’s culture is tailored towards enabling individuals to truly enhance their skills and knowledge within a rapidly expanding organisation.Located a short drive from Hull, Withernsea, Bridlington and Beverley and surrounding areas.Senior Fabrication Supervisor Role/Requirements: Supervising a team of up to 30 fabricator weldersWorking closely with the factory foremanOrganise and control the work within the department in accordance with the production planMonitoring ongoing production and ensuring that work is completed within the allocated timeEnsuring that all material used is controlled, protected, and used correctlyAttending production meetings as requiredAssisting the factory manager in maintaining any necessary overtime required to meet deadlinesEnsure all work is carried out to the required standard and that all required inspection and test records are completed and signed off Experience of the Senior Fabrication Supervisor: Supervisory experience within am engineering/fabrication environment is essentialStrong communication skills on all levelsExcellent attention to detail to ensure accuracyEnsures deadlines are met whilst working under pressure What is on offer for the Senior Fabrication Supervisor: Salary: Circa £41,600.0040 hours basic and overtime available at an uplifted rate33 days Holiday including statsWorking Days Monday to ThursdayOngoing training provided to up-skill further Ideally the Senior Fabrication Supervisor will have previous experience working within the structural/modular industry.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving organisation, please “click apply” or for further details please contact Alison Bell at E3 Recruitment on 01484 XXXXXX.
