The role would suit a newly qualified Solicitor who has completed a seat in either claimant or defendant clinical negligence, who is looking to qualify into this area. Responsibilities: Handling a caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction through trial to settlement.Assessing liability, and reporting on findings.Drafting correspondence.Drafting and submitting court documents, witness statements, applications, replies and adhering to court direction.Attendance at court.Providing expert legal advice to clients.Negotiating settlement.
