Sales Manager (B2C) Sheffield, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom Salary: £30,000 basic (OTE £40,000) Are you a strategic and results-oriented sales leader with a passion for revolutionising B2C direct sales? Do you have a knack for identifying untapped opportunities and inspiring teams to achieve extraordinary results? If so, we're seeking a visionary to redefine our direct-to-consumer sales strategy for students.As the B2C Sales Manager at UniHomes, you will spearhead a transformative approach to selling shared utility and broadband contracts to our student customer base. We're looking for a fresh perspective to challenge the status quo, ask thought-provoking questions, and introduce innovative ideas. Your ability to connect with the student demographic and drive revenue growth will be instrumental in our continued success. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute groundbreaking B2C sales strategies aligned with our student market. Mentor and guide the B2C Telesales Team Leader and their team to maximise performance. Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Identify and implement innovative sales tools and technologies. Prepare comprehensive sales reports and provide actionable insights. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes. Skills and experience: Proven track record in B2C Sales Management, ideally with experience in the student market. A passion for driving positive change and challenging the status quo. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a knack for inspiring teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
