The client is offering a full time, permanent position with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a M&E consultancy environment. The RoleKey purpose of the role is to provide outstanding M&E designs for a large portfolioof projects, from small, bespoke schemes to multi-million-pound developments. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Present at tender interviews.Identify potential opportunities.Prepare fee quotes.Prepare of case studiesIdentify suitable PR opportunities, however small.Prepare budget costs. The CandidateTo be considered for this role you will require to be HNC or degree qualified. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Autocad/Revit and IES.It will be essential to be in experiences in the below: Lead schemes from inception through to completion and work to deadlines.Be capable of producing high quality Mechanical Services Design.Be a strong team player, who takes pride in their work and wants to progress their career.Help with the development of younger members of staff. The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering between £45,000 - £55,000 p/a.
