With exciting growth plans over the next few years, they’re now seeking a full-time Product Manager, ideally with hands-on experience of the broadcast and / or IT technology sectors. The successful candidate is a reliable, team-oriented leader with the ability to take responsibility for the lifecycle management of our client’s products and services, ensuring the development of profitable, reliable products that align with the company vision and goals, whilst always meeting market and customer needs. Applications are particularly encouraged from candidates with excellent stakeholder management, strong organisational skills and the ability to succinctly present performance metrics.Key Responsibilities Define the product strategy and roadmapManage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-lifeCollect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releasesWrite the business case for investments and gain internal approval using Stage Gate processPropose a product marketing plan and budget and then deliver against itWrite Product Requirements and Market Requirements documentsWork with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnershipsBe the recognised expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competitionDevelop core positioning and messaging for the productPerform product demos to customers and develop relationships with key clientsSet pricingMonitor, report and improve product performanceRun trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plansConduct and report on market and competitor researchPromote the product to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters and other mechanismsDevelop and deliver training to channel partner technical sales supportManage development and marketing projects to deliver to planCollate feedback from sales and customersEvangelise the product internally and externallyDeliver regular volume, revenue and profit forecasts Skills & Experience Product lifecycle managementManaging multi-skilled technical teamsProject managementDirect experience in broadcast video technology is an advantageMarket intelligence gatheringBusiness case preparation and analysisCustomer presentation and customer training Benefits 25 days holiday + Christmas weekBecome a shareholder and share in company profitsPension contributionLife AssuranceOptional private healthcareFlexible benefits package including holiday trading, cycle to work scheme, salary sacrifice electric car schemeFlexible working hoursFree parking onsite This is a fantastic career opportunity for an ambitious Product Manager to join a growing organisation at an exciting time.
