As a Senior Healthcare Practitioner at our home, your role may involve: undertaking any necessary training supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities providing emotional support and companionship supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities maintaining high standards within the care home environment Senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, which may involve: staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, liaising with outside professionals, interviewing etc. Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits: Free uniform.
