Engineering Shift Supervisor Circa £38- £40K, Afternoon shift pattern Monday to Wednesday 1pm- 11pm- Thursday 2pm – 11pm All breaks paid Private medical Insurance, Life assurance, company bonus.Engineering Shift Supervisor Circa £38- £40K, Afternoon shift pattern Monday to Wednesday 1pm- 11pm- Thursday 2pm – 11pm All breaks paid Private medical Insurance, Life assurance, company bonus.Location of the Engineering Shift Supervisor role: Dewsbury The company are a market-leading Engineering and Manufacturing Business and due to growth within the business, they require a to support their continued growth.The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams within a Manufacturing/Engineering environment. Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Shift Supervisor Organise the day-to-day duties of your teams.Oversee that the loading on each team member contributes to the overall goal of the team.Locking up at the end of the shiftEnsure that the booking of production hours is performed correctly.Identify and rectify any problems which may arise.Should this not be possible, escalate to front-line management.Coordinate the work of the team with other departments where necessary to ensure the efficiency of your team.Look ahead to the immediate future build requirements and ensure enough consumables and ‘Bought for Job’ parts are available from the stores.Actively update the workshop job boards.As required, attend and participate in prebuild meetings.
