As our client is considered exempt for IR35 purposes, the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing IR35 status, should you wish to operate via your own PSC. Our Cumbria/Lancashire based client is a specialist in safety related & mission critical systems for a variety of different industries.Redline has a fantastic long-term opportunity for an Interim Engineering Manager – EC&I based in Cumbria/Lancashire. Our Cumbria/Lancashire based client is a specialist in safety related & mission critical systems for a variety of different industries. They are a rapidly growing business who have moved out of the start-up phase and are now looking to become a well-known name and to take the industry by storm. You will be responsible for leading the Electrical, Control and Instrumentation team by providing technical guidance and support. You will be working on the design and implementation of these systems whilst ensuring they are up to industry standards and regulations. The key skills required for the Interim Engineering Manager – EC&I are: - Proven EC&I experience- Proven experience leading engineering teams- Experience within the Power/Nuclear/Industrial industry The successful candidate will need to be able to obtain SC Clearance.
